Royal Decree 30/2013 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Convention on Nuclear Safety

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and the Convention on Nuclear Safety adopted on 17 June 1994,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the aforementioned agreement is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession to the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
