Royal Decree 13/2023 Ratifying the Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Maritime Transport and Ports between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Maritime Transport and Ports between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain signed in the city of Manama on 24 October 2022,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
