Royal Decree 94/2003 Ratifying the Amendment to the Air Transport Services Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the amendment to article 3(1) of the Air Transport Service Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the addition of a new article numbered 16 to the agreement,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned amendment to the Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
