Royal Decree 89/2023 Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income signed in the city of Muscat on 8 June 2023, and the protocol attached to it,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

 The aforementioned agreement and the protocol attached to it are hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
