Royal Decree 6/2012 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the State Financial and Administrative Audit Institution (Repealed)

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

Royal Decree 56/2000 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the State Financial and Administrative Audit Institution,

Royal Decree 27/2011 regarding the Amendment to the Name of the State Financial Audit Institution and Expanding Its Competences,

and the State Financial and Administrative Audit Law issued by Royal Decree 111/2011,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Organisational Structure of the State Financial and Administrative Audit Institution is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

The mentioned Royal Decree 56/2000 is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
