Royal Decree 83/2025 Appointing a President for the Projects, Tenders, and Local Content Authority

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and Royal Decree 57/2025 Amending the Name of the Secretariat General of the Tender Board to the Projects, Tenders, and Local Content Authority, Determining Its Mandates, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Engineer Bader bin Salim bin Marhoon Al-Mamari is hereby appointed President of the Projects, Tenders, and Local Content Authority with his same grade and financial entitlements.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
