Royal Decree 10/2011 Appointing Non-Resident Ambassadors

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Yahya bin Moosa bin Issa Al-Bakri, Our ambassador to the United Republic of Tanzania, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Zambia.

Article II

Ambassador Dr Badr bin Mohammed bin Zahir Al-Hinai, Our ambassador to the Republic of Austria, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Serbia.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
