We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and Royal Decree 43/97 Establishing the Oman Establishment for Press, Publication, and Advertising,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sayyid Sultan bin Hamad bin Saud Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oman Establishment for Press, Publication, and Advertising with his same current grade and allocations.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
