Royal Decree 109/2010 Approving the Assignment of Altinex Oil Denmark AS of All Its Rights and Obligations in the Petroleum Agreement Signed on 9 February 2003 (Blocks 3 and 4) to Tethys Oil AB

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Minerals Law promulgated by Royal Decree 42/74,

Royal Decree 28/2003 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate and Encana International Company,

Royal Decree 8/2006 Approving the Assignment by Encana International Company of 50% of Its Rights and Obligations in the Petroleum Agreement Signed on 9 February 2003 to Denerco Oil Company,

the collection of documents by which Denerco Oil Company changed its name to Altinex Oil Denmark AS,

and the collection of documents by which Altinex Oil Denmark AS assigned all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 9 February 2003 (Blocks 3 and 4) to Tethys Oil AB, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assignment by Altinex Oil Denmark AS of all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 9 February 2003 to Tethys Oil AB is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
