Ministry of Interior: Ministerial Decision 115/2025 Issuing the Controls for Electronically Resolving Rental Disputes

Based on Royal Decree 6/89 Regarding the Regulation of the Relationship Between Landlords and Tenants of Residences and Commercial and Industrial Premises and the Registration of Their Tenancy Agreements,

the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law issued by Royal Decree 29/2002,

the Law of Evidence in Civil and Commercial Transactions issued by Royal Decree 68/2008,

and the Electronic Transactions Law issued by Royal Decree 39/2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The attached Controls for Electronically Resolving Rental Disputes hereby apply.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decision or in conflict with its provisions is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
