Categories Royal Decree Royal Decree 98/2005 Issuing the Law of Mediation and Conciliation 2005/98 98/2005 Post author By admin Post date November 28, 2005 Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99 and its amendments, and in pursuance of public interest, have decreed as follows Article I The provisions of the attached law shall apply in regard to mediation and conciliation. Article II This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force after six months from the date of its publication.
