We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 86/84 Issuing the Law and System of Government Tenders and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 90/85 Determining the Employment Status of the Position of Secretary General,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Jumaa bin Ali bin Jumaa Al Jumaa is hereby appointed Secretary General of the Tender Board.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
