Royal Decree 25/91 Ratifying the Agreement Establishing the Joint Committee Between the Government of the Sultanate and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 69/90 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement Establishing Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria,

and the provisions of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 9 September 1990,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Agreement Establishing the Joint Committee Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
