Royal Decree 24/91 Ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Zanzibar on Cultural and Media Cooperation

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 62/90 Authorising the Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Zanzibar on Cultural and Media Cooperation,

and the provisions of the mentioned memorandum of understanding signed in Zanzibar on 27 September 1990,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Zanzibar on Cultural and Media Cooperation is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
