We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the Promotion and Protection of Investments signed in Muscat on 25 November 1995,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The signing of the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the Promotion and Protection of Investments signed in Muscat on 25 November 1995 is hereby approved.
Article II
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
