We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sheikh Hamad bin Ali bin Said Al-Ghafri is hereby appointed advisor in the Ministry of Interior. He is hereby granted the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule, in exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law.
Article II
Sayyid Said bin Ibrahim bin Saud Al-Busaidi is hereby granted the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule, in exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
