Royal Decree 20/90 Authorising the Signing of the Trade and Economic Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 16/88 Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on the Establishment of a Joint Committee,

and the draft Trade and Economic Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Commerce and Industry is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Trade and Economic Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
