We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Mohammed bin Marhoon bin Ali Al-Mamari is hereby appointed Deputy Governor of Dhofar.
Article II
Mohammed bin Aufait bin Abdullah Al-Shanfari is hereby transferred to the Ministry of Education and Youth with his current grade and allocations, and appointed advisor to the ministry.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
