Royal Decree 18/85 Transferring the Services of an Ambassador to the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 44/80 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,

and Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Employee Statute of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The services of Ambassador Nasser bin Saif Al-Bouali are hereby transferred from the Foreign Ministry to the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 January 1985.
