We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Decree 45/75 dated 18 September 1975 Regarding the Formation of the Water Resources Council,
after perusal of Decree 37/78 dated 14 June 1978 Regarding the Establishment of a Ministry of Electricity and Water,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of Transportation mentioned in article 1 of the mentioned Decree 45/75 is hereby replaced by the Minister of Electricity and Water as a member of the Water Resources Council.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
