We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments, and in particular article 15 of it,
after perusal of Our Decree 37/78 establishing new ministries,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
First: Salim Nasser Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Minister of Transport.
Second: Karim Ahmed Al-Harami is hereby appointed Minister of Post, Telegraph, and Telephone.
Third: Hamoud Abdullah Al-Harthi is hereby appointed Minister of Electricity and Water.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
