Royal Decree 44/83 Amending the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 16/83 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs,

and Royal Decree 36/83 Appointing a Deputy Head of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs for Administrative, Financial, and Transportation Affairs, and Amending the Organisational Structure Accordingly,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs adopted by the mentioned Royal Decree 16/83 and its amendments is hereby amended in accordance with the structure attached to this decree of Ours.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
