Royal Decree 36/83 Appointing a Deputy Head of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs for Administrative, Financial and Transportation Affairs

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 82/82 Transferring Nasser Mohammed Al-Wahaibi—Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs—to the Special Grade A with the same job title,

and Royal Decree 16/83 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Nasser Mohammed Al-Wahaibi is hereby appointed Deputy Head of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs for Administrative, Financial, and Transportation Affairs.

Article 2

The Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs issued by the mentioned Royal Decree 16/83 is hereby amended in accordance with the preceding article.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
