We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement Establishing the International Fund for Agricultural Development,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorised to sign on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate the Instrument of Accession to the mentioned Agreement Establishing the International Fund for Agricultural Development as a non-original member of Category III, in accordance with the attached template, and to deposit it with the competent entities of the United Nations.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
