We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 3 of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and Law 13/76 amending it,
and after perusal of the Media and Cultural Protocol Between Our Sultanate and the Yemen Arab Republic signed on 21 Rabi Al-Thani 1396, corresponding to 21 April 1976,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Media and Cultural Protocol Between the Yemen Arab Republic and the Sultanate of Oman is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and is considered in force as of the date of its publication.
