We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,

and the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 27/75,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali Al-Khalili is hereby appointed Advisor to the Ministry of National Heritage with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of article 12 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,

and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Sadiq Jawad Suleiman is hereby promoted to the grade of ambassador in the Foreign Ministry.

Article 2

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 September 1977 and must be published in the Official Gazette.
