Royal Decree 2/2012 Promoting an Air Commodore to the Rank of Air Vice-Marshal and Appointing Him Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Chief Air Commodore Pilot Matar bin Ali bin Matar Al-Obaidani is hereby promoted to the rank of Air Vice-Marshal and appointed Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
