We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Dr Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al-Wahaibi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport and Communications for Communications.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Treaty between the Sultanate of Oman and the Federal Republic of Germany concerning the Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments signed in the city of Muscat on 13 Jumada Al-Awwal 1428, corresponding to 30 May 2007,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned treaty is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified.
