We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Agreement Signed Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Lebanese Republic for Establishing Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories signed in Muscat on 9 Dhu al-Qa’dah 1426 corresponding to 11 December 2005,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the aforementioned convention is hereby approved.
Article II
Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession to the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

A directorate general called the “Directorate General of Small and Medium Enterprises Development” is hereby established in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry”.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
