Based on the Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree 47/98,
the Executive Regulation of the Financial Law issued by Ministerial Decision 118/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The text of article III of the aforementioned Ministerial Decision 232/2018 is hereby replaced with the following text:
The fees for registration in the register, its renewal, the modification of its details, and linking a beneficiary number to a bank account number, are hereby determined as follows:

Article II
All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
