Based on the Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree 47/98,
the Executive Regulation of the Financial Law issued by Ministerial Decision 118/2008,
and Ministerial Decision 232/2018 regarding the Registration in the Beneficiaries Register of the Ministry of Finance,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The text of article III of the aforementioned Ministerial Decision 232/2018 is hereby replaced with the following text:The fees for registration in the register, its renewal, the modification of its details, and linking a beneficiary number to a bank account number, are hereby determined as follows:

Article II
All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.Article III
