We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 8/80 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Engineer Salim bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport and Communications for Transport.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Engineer Ahmed bin Ali bin Abdullah Al-Habshi Al-Amri is hereby appointed Chairman of Dhofar Municipality with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.
Article II
His Excellency Abdullah bin Aqeel bin Ahmed Ibrahim is hereby appointed an advisor in the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar with his same grade and financial entitlements.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows
Article I
A ministry for tourism is hereby established and Rajha bint Abdulamir bin Ali is hereby appointed its minister.
Article II
The mandates, allocations, and assets relating to tourism are transferred from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Tourism, and all employees working in tourism are transferred to it with their same employment status.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
