Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96, the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 26/75 and its amendments, and Royal Decree 43/88 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Interior, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Interior is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance. Issued on: 3 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1423 Corresponding to: 6 January 2003

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement Establishing the Arab Women Organisation signed by the Sultanate on 16 July 2002,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Establishing the Arab Women Organisation is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
