Royal Decree 2/2004 Appointing an Undersecretary in the Ministry of Education

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 8/80 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Mustafa bin Ali bin Abdullatif Al-Lawati is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Singapore for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Singapore for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

The mentioned Amendment to Article 1 of the Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium is hereby ratified.

Article II
