We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Judicial Authority Law issued by Royal Decree 90/99 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of article 28 of the mentioned Judicial Authority Law, the following judges are hereby appointed as Deputy Presidents of the Supreme Court:

1. Abdullah bin Rashid bin Aziz Al-Siyabi

2. Ishaq bin Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Busaidi

3. Hussain bin Ali bin Zahir Al-Hilali

4. Saleh bin Hamad bin Salim Al-Rashdi

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 64/86 Establishing the Secretariat General of the Civil Service Council,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Secretariat General of the Civil Service Council is hereby abolished.

Article II

The mandates, assets, and allocations of the Secretariat General of the Civil Service Council are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Civil Service, and all officers of the abolished secretariat are hereby transferred to the ministry with their same grades and financial allocations.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Mohammed bin Said bin Harib Al-Mahrouqi is hereby appointed a member of Majlis Al-Dawla.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article I

Nasser bin Hamoud bin Salim Al-Rawahi is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Financial Audit Institution with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
