We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

Based on the provisions of articles 2, 3, and 4 of the Omani Nationality Law 1 of 1972 issued on 1 January 1972,

and given that the persons mentioned below meet all the conditions stipulated in those articles of the mentioned law.

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Omani nationality is hereby granted to the persons named below:

1. Dad Ali Murad Al-Balushi

2. Laeq Al-Zaman Khan Shafqatullah Khan

3. Rasul Bakhsh bin Ali bin Mohammed Al-Balushi

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and must be implemented on the date of its publication.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

after perusal of Royal Decree 37/78 establishing the Ministry of Post, Telegraph, and Telephone,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

A directorate general named the “Directorate General of Post” is hereby established in the Ministry of Post, Telegraph, and Telephone.

Article 2

The Minister of Post, Telegraph, and Telephone shall undertake the necessary measures to implement the provisions of this decree.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
