Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Protocol on the Control of Marine Transboundary Movements and Disposal of Hazardous Wastes and Other Wastes signed in Tehran on 17 March 1998, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Protocol on the Control of Marine Transboundary Movements and Disposal of Hazardous Wastes and Other Wastes is hereby ratified.

Article II

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income signed in Moscow on 26 November 2001,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The name “Directorate General of Warehouses” in the Ministry of Health is hereby replaced with the name “Directorate General of Medical Supplies”.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
