We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Customs System Law issued by Royal Decree 22/78 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The text of article 2 of the mentioned Royal Decree 83/2000 is hereby replaced with the following text:
The Inspector General of Police and Customs shall issue the executive and interpretative decisions and regulations for the provisions of this law.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.

and the Law of the Practice of the Medical Profession and Dentistry issued by Royal Decree 22/96 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The attached amendment to the mentioned Law of the Practice of the Medical Profession and Dentistry is hereby made.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.

Ambassador Mohammed bin Said bin Mohammed Al-Lawati, Our ambassador to the Russian Federation, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to Mongolia.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 75/2001 Forming the Accreditation Council,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Accreditation Council is hereby recomposed under the chairmanship of Dr Hamed bin Hashim Al-Dhahab and the membership of:
