We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and Royal Decree 94/99 Establishing the Economic Coordination Council, Forming It, and Determining Its Mandates,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
His Excellency Sheikh Mustahail bin Ahmed Al-Mashni, Advisor to the State, is hereby appointed a member of the Economic Coordination Council.Article II
