We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing Omani Nationality issued by Royal Decree 3/83 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby granted to the following:

1. Saeeda Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bakri.

2. Khadija Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bakri.

3. Nahar Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bakri.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 19 February 1997.

have decreed as follows

Article I

The name of the “Pension and Gratuity Fund” stipulated in the mentioned Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity is hereby amended to the “Civil Service Employees Pension Fund.”

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
