Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, and the Agreement on Regional Marine Meteorological Program (Jeddah Agreement) initialled in Jeddah on 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1400 corresponding to 21 January 1980 Between the Government of the Sultanate and the Governments of the State of Bahrain, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Iraq, the State of Kuwait, the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the State of the United Arab Emirates, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate the mentioned Agreement on Regional Marine Meteorological Program (Jeddah Agreement) is hereby ratified.

Article 2

and the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium for Air Services signed in Muscat on 20 February 1980,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium for Air Services is hereby ratified.

Article 2

The mentioned agreement enters into force in accordance with the text of article 19 of it.

Article 3

The relevant government entities in the Sultanate shall, each within its mandate, implement the provisions of the mentioned agreement.

Article 4

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The salary of the first grade of the first circle of the General Schedule of Grades and Salaries attached to the mentioned Civil Service Law allocated to the position of Undersecretary of a Ministry or his equivalent is hereby increased as follows:
