We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
A fund named the “Ministry of the Palace Office Pension Fund” is hereby established in accordance with this decree.
Article II
The fund has an independent legal personality and is not considered a government administrative unit.
Article III
The Minister of Palace Office Affairs shall issue the constitution of the fund and its internal regulations.
Article IV
The Minister of the Office of the Palace Affairs and all other relevant entities shall implement this decree, each within their field of mandates.
Article V
All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.
Article VI
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the initialled Agreement Governing Air Services Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Governing Air Services Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman shall issue the constitution of the fund and its internal regulations.
Article 4
The Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman and all other relevant entities shall implement this decree, each within its field of mandate.
Article 5
All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.
Article 6
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
