We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Hussain bin Ali bin Abdullatif—Our ambassador to the Republic of Korea—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of the Philippines.
Article II
Ambassador Munir bin Abdulnabi bin Yousuf Makki—Our ambassador to the French Republic—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Senegal.
Article III
Ambassador Salim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Wahaibi—Our ambassador to the Republic of India—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to Mauritius.
Article IV
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Abdulqadir bin Salim bin Ahmed Al-Ghassani is hereby transferred to the special grade and appointed an advisor in the Ministry of Education and Youth.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ahmed bin Saif bin Mussalam Al-Rawahi—Financial Expert in the Office of the Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court—is hereby transferred to the special grade A of the Grades and Salaries Schedule attached to the mentioned Law of the Employee System in the Diwan of Royal Court, with the title “Financial Advisor in the Diwan”.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 January 1991.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the General Statute of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry issued on 15 May 1973 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Articles 32 and 34 of the mentioned General Statute of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry are hereby amended as follows:
Article 32
The term of office of the board of directors is four Gregorian years.
Article 34
The board of directors shall, upon its completion, elect from among its members a deputy chairman, a secretary, a treasurer, and three members who, together with the chairman, constitute the executive office of the chamber.
Article II
Article 33 of the mentioned General Statute of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.

Article I
Dawood bin Nathar Al-Zadjali, an employee of the Scouts and Guides National Authority, is hereby promoted to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule, in exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
