We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The ambassadors named below are hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry:
– Ambassador Sayyid Khalid bin Qais bin Khalid
– Ambassador Mubarak bin Khalfan bin Najim Al-Sabahi
– Ambassador Ali bin Salim bin Bader Al-Hinai
– Ambassador Mohammed bin Tahir bin Alawi Aideed
Article 2
Ambassador Hussain bin Ali bin Abdullatif, Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, is hereby transferred and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Korea.
Article 3
Ambassador Mohammed bin Salim bin Said Al-Shanfari is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Kingdom of Morocco.
Article 4
Advisor Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Rasbi is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Italy.
Article 5
Advisor Mohammed bin Yousuf bin Qassim Al-Zarafi is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Federal Republic of Austria.
Article 6
Advisor Mussalam bin Bakheet bin Zaidan Al-Baraami is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Sudan.
Article 7
Advisor Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Zahir Al-Hinai is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Article 8
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Salim bin Ali bin Nasser Al-Siyabi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Ports and Civil Aviation Affairs.
Article II
Tariq bin Mohammed bin Amin Al-Mandhari is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Roads and Public Transport Affairs.
Article III
The Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Transport is hereby amended in accordance with the foregoing.
Article IV
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
A committee named the “Commercial and Industrial Coordination Committee” is hereby established, which is competent to consider matters that ensure the coordination of efforts between relevant government entities and the private sector in a manner that stimulates the commercial and industrial sectors and contributes to achieving the comprehensive development of the country.
Article II
The committee is hereby formed under the chairmanship of the Minister of Commerce and Industry and the membership of:
– The Minister of Transport.
– The Minister of Labour and Vocational Training.
– The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
– The Secretary General of the Development Council.
– The Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
– The Deputy Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
– A number of members representing the regions of the Sultanate.
The committee may seek the assistance of the necessary experts from ministries and government authorities whenever the need arises, and it shall submit its recommendations to the Council of Ministers.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
