We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to:
1. Salim bin Said bin Hamad Al-Rawahi.
2. Harith bin Marhoon bin Abdullah Al-Nabhani.
3. Zuhair bin Zahir bin Zuhair Al-Shuraiqi.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 9 October 1988.

Article I
As an exception to the provisions of the mentioned Land Law, the children of Al-Banyan Ratnasy Jordan Das are hereby authorised to own their house located in the Wilayat of Barka, as specified in the sale contract dated 19 Shawwal 1323.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Amendments
Article 23
Government units shall charge a fee of twenty-five Rial Omani for copies of the conditions and specifications of bids for tenders with a value of less than one hundred thousand Rial Omani. For bids with a value exceeding this amount, the Tender Board shall determine the price of such copies.

and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,
and in pursuance of public interest,

Articles 22, 33, and 52 of the mentioned Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law are hereby repealed.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
