We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 47/77 Issuing the Livestock Protection and Veterinary Quarantine Law,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
A new paragraph is hereby added to article 32 of the mentioned Royal Decree 47/77, with the following text:
“The minister, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, may impose fees on veterinary quarantine procedures and on veterinary health permits and certificates, and may determine the types of these fees, the method of their collection, and the cases of total or partial exemption from them.”
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.

The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
