We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the draft Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Italy to which a Protocol on Cultural, Educational, and Technical Cooperation is attached,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Ambassador Mohammed bin Tahir Aideed the Ambassador of the Sultanate to the Republic of Italy is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation, to which a Protocol on Cultural, Educational, and Technical Cooperation is attached.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the draft Basic Agreement Between the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs is hereby authorised to sign on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate the mentioned Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the initialled draft Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the initialled draft Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs is hereby authorised to sign in a final manner on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate, the mentioned Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The Minister of Transport is hereby appointed Acting Chairman of the Musandam Development Committee.
Article 2
Sayyid Mahmoud bin Hamoud bin Nasr Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the Musandam Development Committee with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
