We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 40/85 Authorising the Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs to Sign in a Final Manner the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement and the Agreement on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt,

and the texts of the mentioned agreements signed in Cairo on 28 April 1985,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned agreements between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt are hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 amended by Royal Decree 53/82,

and the constitutive contract and the articles of association of Raysut Cement Company (Omani Joint Stock Company),

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Raysut Cement Company as representatives for the share of the Government of the Sultanate:

1. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Ghassani.

2. Salah Mohammed Abdo.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
