have decreed as follows
Article I
The text of article 12 of the aforementioned Law of the Omani Passport is hereby replaced with the following text:Article 12
It is not permitted to grant minor children or those subject to restriction an ordinary passport without the written consent of the guardian, custodian, or steward in accordance with the procedures determined by the regulation.
Article II

and Royal Decree 124/2008 Establishing the Human Rights Commission and Determining Its Competences,

The following are hereby appointed, in their capacity as representatives of the entities stipulated in article 1 of the annex attached to the aforementioned Royal Decree 124/2008, Members of the Human Rights Commission, as follows:

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sayyid Saud bin Hilal bin Hamad Al-Busaidi is hereby transferred to the Foreign Ministry with his same financial and employment allocations and appointed to the grade of ambassador.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Service and Special Passports signed in Beijing on 23 Dhu Al-Hijjah 1430, corresponding to 10 December 2009,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
