We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sultan bin Salim bin Said Al-Habsi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance for Financial Affairs.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the amendments to the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Turkey,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The amendments to the aforementioned Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Turkey are hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Law of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry promulgated by Royal Decree 22/2007,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Khalil bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Khonji is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a period of four years.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
