We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Statutes of the Commission on Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture subordinate to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the membership of the mentioned Commission on Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 19/94 Determining the Mandates of the Ministry of Development and the Secretariat General of the Development Council,
and Royal Decree 7/96 Regarding the Mandates of the Development Council and Its Secretariat General,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The text of clause 3 of Annex 1 Determining the Mandates of the Ministry of Development attached to the mentioned Royal Decree 19/94 is hereby replaced with the following text:“Preparing the annual development budget in agreement with the Ministry of Finance and in coordination with other ministries and government units, and submitting it to the Council of Ministers.”
Article II

The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Maldives for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories.
